Program participants
Change of enrolment to program participants during a program
Participants joining programs run by Navii will need to ensure their participant details (such as digital assets for the Digital Engagement Health Check ™) are correct at the time of registration as assessments start at the registration stage.
- Participants are able to update their first/last names, password and business name at any time in their My account area. They can also update their Digital Engagement Health Check ™ urls. The new details will be taken into consideration for the next iteration of their program component (e.g. Digital Engagement Health Check ™, webinar registration, coaching etc). Should these need to be immediately updated, it requires a change of enrolment.
A change of enrolment includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of email address of the participant
- Change of program participant (e.g. staff member has left the business)
- Re-subscribing a participant that unsubscribed or marked our emails as spam.
- Change of asset URLs for the Digital Engagement Health Check ™ (DHEC ™) once it has been initiated (which happens immediately when the participant is onboarded.
Note: If the participant wants to update their asset URLs for us to consider in their subsequent Digital Engagement Health Check, they can do so by themselves from their Account detail area of their ‘My Account’ area. Note that these details will only be taken into consideration for their subsequent Digital Engagement Health Check ™ if it has not yet been initiated. Doing so after it has been initiated will be considered a change of enrolment.
- Requesting the DHEC ™ to be completed at a different time
- Requesting the coaching to be brought forward or completed post-coaching timeframes.
A change of enrolment requires extensive, time-consuming and intricate changes to participant and destination profiles in our systems. Therefore, Tourism Tribe reserves the right to charge a fee of $330 incl. GST per change of enrolment. The program client should refer to their contract for further information. The program client is at the liberty to pass on the fee to their program participant.
A change of enrolment must be requested by the participant using the change of enrolment form on the relevant program page. It must be approved by the program client.

Premium support guidelines
Premium support is an asynchronous support service offered as part of our Lifesaver membership and is there to allow participants to receive digital advice at their fingertips, within 24h, 5 days a week.
Participants fill out the premium support request form accessible in their my account area or call our head office where our team will transcribe their requests.
What is considered premium (tech) support?
- Advice or recommendations on a specific situation: e.g. I am exploring online bookings for my business and would like to know if I should use a contact form or select a specific system such as Calendly)
- Advice on how to proceed with regard to a technical issue: e.g. my Facebook got hacked, what is the best way forward.
Premium support will be carried out in written form or short video but does not include one on one time.
If the support that is requested requires logging into accounts or a video conference, or if the problem is more in-depth than at first glance or is of strategic nature , then we will advise that this request is a consulting request and requires professional service (ie. purchase of our advisor’s time).
Premium support is limited to twice a month per customer, or whenever we deem it non-compliant with our fair play policy.
Fair Play Policy
Our FairPlay policy is intended to ensure that our customers do not use our support services in an excessive, unreasonable manner.
What we deem as reasonable is that questions and requests for support are limited to twice per month, delivered within the parameters of the user’s membership.
Should Navii notice that their Fair Play policy is being abused, they will advise the client that this is the case and provide an alternative solution(e.g. purchase coaching hours as opposed to using the premium support service).
